Starting about a week ago with the new patch, the launcher has been running super slowly and slowing my computer down when i try to do other things while waiting. i have a pretty good gaming pc and none of the other games have a problem. when i open the launcher it takes about 30 seconds to appear.. Another way to fix league of legends lag on windows 7 is to reduce your graphics settings to the least setting. you can do this by reducing all of the game’s graphics settings to the lowest. other than this, you can also disable aero and other graphical features on windows 7 to help you with your league of legends lag problem on windows 7.. This will need to be done for both the lol.launcher.exe and lolclient.exe processes, i am very unsure about this but since doing it for both, the character selection screen has also popped up instantly instead of a second of lag before i started doing this. you will have to do this each time lol client is opened, not after every game..
